A few weeks ago we had the absolute pleasure of photographing the gorgeous Keith. We have photographed Keith’s lovely family for many years, and after he saw his sister’s gorgeous fashion portfolio images that we shot last year, he asked his mum if he could come along for a shoot too. Of course, we were thrilled. We’ve known Keith ever since he was first born, so it’s a pleasure to photograph him now that he’s starting to grow up and absolutely full of character. We knew we’d be in for a fun shoot!

In the weeks leading up to his shoot, Keith was so excited for the day to arrive. His mum would tell us he’d ask almost daily if it was nearly time to have his photographs taken yet. On the run up to Keith’s big day, his mum and dad treated him to a special shopping trip to let him pick out a few outfits he could wear to be photographed in – and at five-years-old, this little boy clearly knows his own style as he rocked up with a wardrobe full of options along with his favourite accessories too including a cool pair of shades and several different hats!

Keith was an absolute star on the day. He came into the studio smiling away and chatted to us as he showed us his collection of outfits, and which he liked the best (a gruffalo suit he was intending to wear for World Book Day at school, of course) before taking to the spotlight and posing like a pro! He absolutely adored his shoot session as did we, and he even got to have some photographs taken in his favourite dress up outfit.

We captured some absolutely beautiful images of this gorgeous little boy – you can see his personality and love for life shining through on the images we captured.  There’s always something magical and special about photographing children – they have such a zest for life, and are just learning about the people that they’re about to become.
